65 Questions

Remember when blogging was full of this kind of stuff? I like looking back on some of those posts from my different eras. LOL.

1.) Do you sleep with your closet doors open or closed? CLOSED

2.) Do you take the shampoos and conditioner bottles from hotels? 

No. I am picky about my products.

3.) Do you sleep with your sheets tucked in or out? Tucked in on the bottom and out on the top.

4.) Have you stolen a street sign before? No.

5.) Do you like to use Post-It Notes? Yes, I adore them in all sizes and colors especially pink ones.

6.) Do you have freckles? Yes.

7.) Do you always smile for pictures? Yes.

8.) What is your biggest pet peeve? There are so many but people who monopolize the conversation.

9.) Do you ever count your steps when you walk? 

No. Do I track how many steps I take in a day? Sometimes.

10.) Do you ever dance even when there is no music playing? Occasionally.

11.) Do you chew your pens and pencils? No.

12.) What size is your bed? Queen. We hate it but a king would take up too much room.

13.) Is it okay for guys to wear pink? Of course! I grew up in the 80s!!

14.) Do you still watch cartoons? No.

15.) What do you drink with dinner? La Croix

16.) What do you dip a chicken nugget in? Honey mustard.

17.) What is your favorite food? Thai food but it's pretty much a tie with sushi.

18.) What movies could you watch over and over again and still love? All the John Hughes movies.

19.) Where you ever a boy/girl scout? Yes, a brownie and a girl scout. I hated it.

20.) Can you change the oil on a car? No.

21.) Ever gotten a speeding ticket? Yes, once.

22.) Ever run out of gas? Yes, once.

23.) What's your favorite kind of sandwich? 

I'm not really a sandwich person but if I had to pick one I like brie, thinly sliced granny smith apples, arugula, with Dijon mustard and a slight drizzle of honey on a croissant. I also can eat a good peanut butter and honey sandwich once in awhile.

24.) Best thing for breakfast? An icy cold yellow redbull. I don't eat breakfast.

25.) What is your usual bedtime? 10pm.

26.) Are you lazy? No.

27.) What languages can you speak? 

I took German in junior high and high school (freshman and sophomore years) and I took French in high school (junior and senior years) and college. I am better at French.

28.) Do you have any magazine subscriptions? 

No. I miss magazines. It was always such a little luxury.

29.) Are you stubborn? Sometimes.

30.) Who is better: Kimmel of Fallon? Fallon.

31.) Ever watch soap operas? 

Yes and I miss them! My favorites were Days of Our Lives and General Hospital. I also used to subscribe to Soap Opera Digest in the 90s. See #28.

32.) Are you afraid of heights? 

In certain circumstances. Mainly for family members standing too close to the edge of things but not as much for myself. I ziplined through a Mexican jungle and didn't have any fear at all.

33.) Do you sing in the car? Sometimes.

34.) Do you sing in the shower? Never.

35.) Do you dance in the car? Yep.

36.) Ever used a gun? No, I have a fear of loud noises. I can't even pop a balloon.

37.) Do you think musicals are cheesy? Sometimes.

38.) Is Christmas stressful? Yes, but worth it.

39.) Ever eat a Pierogi? Yes, many times.

40.) Favorite type of fruit pie? My homemade cherry closely followed by my homemade peach.

41.) Occupation you wanted to be as a child? News anchor.

42.) Do you believe in ghosts? Of course. The lake house is haunted.

43.) Do you take a vitamin daily? Yes, many.

44.) Do you wear slippers? No.

45.) What do you wear to bed? A short silky nightie.

46.) What was your first concert? INXS

47.) Walmart, Target, or Amazon? Amazon.

48.) Nike or Adidas? Both!

49.) Cheetos or Fritos? Cheetos.

50.) Ever taken dance lessons? Yes, ballet.

51.) Own a record player? Yes.

52.) Do you regularly diffuse oils? Yes, but only peppermint. It's my favorite.

53.) What was the last concert you saw? Manheim Steamroller Christmas Concert.

54.) Hot tea or cold tea? Iced mint tea is a favorite summertime drink.

55.) Sugar cookies or snickerdoodles? Neither. I'm not a cookie person.

56.) Can you swim well? YES!

57.) Can you hold your breath without pinching your nose? Of course.

58.) Are you patient? Nope.

59.) Ever had plastic surgery? No.

60.) Which are better: Black or Green Olives? Green. I love them!

61.) What's your favorite color? Currently it is hot neon pink. It's very cheery.

62.) Who was your high school crush? Rex to name one of many.

63.) Can you knit or crochet? 

I used to be able to knit when my kids were little but I've since forgotten how.

64.) Ever won a contest? Yes, several.

65.) Own any records? Yes, quite a few.

I find these lists all the time online and often make my kids/spouse answer the questions at dinner as a "table topic." Yes, I make my kids have "table topics." As in..."Who has a table topic?" or "Someone better come up with a table topic real quick!" Maybe I should say that one of my pet peeves is sitting down to dinner and people just stuffing their faces and not engaging in conversation. I am BIG on conversation.
