I Am Proud of Myself For...
Doing what is right even when it is hard. REALLY HARD. Like selling the lake house. It needed to be done and someone had to do it. It sucked and every possible family member came out of the woodwork to offer their opinion or spew their vitriol, or both. Some days the weight of it all had my knees buckling. But I knew it was the right thing to do and I did it no matter the cost...and the cost was a heavy one. It will be a year in August. That's not far away. I wondered then how I would feel a year out. I am glad to say that I am even firmer and more confident in my belief that I did what was right.
